Vocational Rehabilitation is integrated into all of our clinical rehabilitation programmes with the aim of facilitating our clients into meaningful occupation.
Where possible we get clients back into the same job with the same employer.
How this is done, the extent of the involvement and type of services required depends on the barriers to employment faced by the client. Successful return-to-work transition planning is usually linked to a good vocational assessment.
