Case Managers
Kynixa case managers are highly qualified with a minimum of four years professional experience in their respective healthcare or vocational sector. They come from a wide spectrum of backgrounds including nursing, physiotherapy, clinical psychology, occupational psychology, occupational therapy and vocational rehabilitation.
To ensure consistency, each case manager follows our industry-leading training scheme and is a member of an appropriate professional body.
Our case managers look after individual client’s cases, they assess the client and write an appropriate report (dependant on the selected Kynixa product), liaising at all times with the stakeholders in the case, typically the client, the insurance company, solicitor and the treating NHS team. On instruction to proceed, case managers work with professionals and therapists across the rehabilitation matrix, integrating services from both the public and private sectors to manage the clients' rehabilitation.
