Rehabilitation Case Management
Rehabilitation Case Management is our particular area of expertise. We are experienced in helping clients of all ages, from babies through to seniors, who have sustained all levels of injury - from mild through to catastrophic - and all types - from whiplash or soft tissue through to amputation, orthopaedic trauma, acquired brain and spinal cord injury.
We base our service provision on the biopsychosocial model of health and wellness and we use evidence based practice in the design and management of all our programmes.
By integrating vocational rehabilitation into our clinical programmes, we return clients to their pre-injury lives, at home and at work.
